Retun and exchange policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Jewellery of good quality made of precious metals, with precious, semi-precious and synthetic stones, cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19 March 1994.

We approach the creation and production of our products with the utmost responsibility and are confident that you will love the jewellery you purchase from our network.

However, we also understand that jewellery may not be suitable for a number of reasons, so we are willing to meet with you on an individual basis to help resolve your problem. By confirming your order, you agree to the return policy.

EXCHANGE POSSIBLE:

You can exchange jewellery of the appropriate quality if the size is incorrect:

- the product can be exchanged for another size of the same model (ring, bracelet or necklace).

Products with precious stones can only be exchanged after they have been examined by a jewellery manufacturer.

EXCHANGE NOT POSSIBLE:

Unfortunately, we will be forced to refuse to exchange a product if:

  • the tag is damaged, the jewellery has been unsealed, the sales receipt or delivery note is missing, or

  • the products have been damaged (exception: hidden defects), or

  • the products show signs of use, or

  • more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, or

  • the products have changed colour for any reason (due to exposure to swimming pools, chemicals, high temperatures or other external factors)
